Coverage
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. Homurest will, at its discretion, either repair the product using new or refurbished replacement parts or provide up to a full refund for the purchase.
Exclusions
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- Any product that has been modified from its original parts.
- Any product that has been sold or modified by a third party.
- Items damaged by outside forces, such as pets or other animals.
- Items damaged by natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, etc.).
- Items used outside of Canada.
Claiming Warranty
To claim the Warranty, you must provide proof of purchase and contact Homurest within the Warranty Period. You may contact us at info@homurest.com to initiate a warranty claim or seek clarification regarding warranty coverage.
Upon validation of your warranty claim, Homurest will determine whether to repair the product, replace it with new or refurbished parts, or provide a refund. Our goal is to resolve your issue promptly and efficiently to ensure your satisfaction.
Your Responsibilities
Please ensure that you use the product as intended and follow all care and maintenance instructions outlined in the product documentation. Failure to do so may void this Limited Warranty.
Extended Warranty (Optional)
Homurest also offers extended warranty options for your peace of mind. You can choose to purchase extended warranties for 2 years or 5 years at an additional cost. Details and pricing for extended warranties can be found on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
Extended warranties provide additional coverage beyond the standard 1 Year Limited Warranty and do not replace or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
Extended Warranty Terms: Please note that extended warranties are considered final sale items and are not eligible for our returns policy. Once purchased, extended warranties cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the remedies provided in this Limited Warranty and extended warranties are the sole and exclusive remedies for defects in products. Homurest shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use, or loss of data.
Nothing in this Warranty limits any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing Law
This Limited Warranty is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
